A Sicilian classic.  Ricotta cream flavored with orange zest and chocolate chips, stuffed into housemade cannoli shells dressed with crushed pistachios and melted chocolate.

White Chocolate & Pistachio Cookies
Browned butter and brown sugar give these cookies a richness that flawlessly compliments the white chocolate and roasted pistachios.
